Original from Catalonia and descendant of a family of hoteliers from Mont, a small town in the town of Vall d\u2019Ar\u00e1n, which has 46 inhabitants.<\/p>\n<p>Iv\u00e1n has always wanted all his projects to have a bar, and this is reflected in the two projects he runs, together with his wife, Kasaundra.<\/p>\n<p>Iv\u00e1n was trained in accounting, sommelier and with a high knowledge of gastronomy, has a career in businesses related to hospitality, as his own distributor, and working in different restaurants and bars in Barcelona. At the age of 27 \u2013 11 years ago \u2013 he opened his most personal project, <strong>Mont Bar<\/strong>, and 7 years ago, <a href=\"https:\/\/mediamanga.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mediamanga<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Montbar has captivated even the most discerning diners with a gastronomic approach defined by creativity, finesse, and exceptional technical execution. Recently awarded <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"940\">two Michelin stars<\/strong>, the restaurant strengthens its status as a leading reference in <strong data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1037\">creative, signature cuisine<\/strong>. De origen catal\u00e1n y descendiente de una familia de hosteleros procedentes de Mont, un peque\u00f1o pueblo en la localidad del Vall d\u2019Ar\u00e1n, que cuenta con 46 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Iv\u00e1n siempre ha querido que todos sus proyectos cuenten con una barra de bar, y as\u00ed se refleja en los dos locales que regenta, junto a su mujer, Kasaundra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Iv\u00e1n formado en contabilidad, sumiller\u00eda y con un alto conocimiento en gastronom\u00eda, cuenta con una trayectoria en negocios relacionados con la hosteler\u00eda, como su propia distribuidora, y trabajando en diferentes restaurantes y bares de Barcelona. A los 27 a\u00f1os \u2013hace 11 a\u00f1os -abri\u00f3 su proyecto m\u00e1s personal, Mont Bar, y hace 7, Mediamanga.<\/p>\n<p>Montbar, ha cautivado a los paladares m\u00e1s exigentes gracias a su propuesta gastron\u00f3mica innovadora y de alta calidad. <strong>Reconocido con una estrella Michelin<\/strong>, este establecimiento se ha convertido en un <strong>referente de la cocina creativa y de autor<\/strong>.
