Durant la seva adolesc\u00e8ncia, Fran va estar molt vinculat a aquest m\u00f3n gr\u00e0cies a la dedicaci\u00f3 i passi\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;acabar els seus estudis el 2006, Agudo va comen\u00e7ar a treballar com a stagier al Celler de Can Roca. En acabar les pr\u00e0ctiques, es va unir a l&#8217;equip de Tickets com a cap en diferents partides, fins que el 2014 va passar a ser responsable de la cuina del restaurant aconseguint aix\u00ed l&#8217;Estrella MICHELIN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">L&#8217;octubre del 2020, Fran es converteix en director gastron\u00f2mic de Mont Bar i Mediamanga i \u00e9s, el 2022, quan s\u00f3n reconeguts amb el seu primer Sol REPSOL.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;LA CUINA DE MONT BAR&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fran forma part d&#8217;una nova generaci\u00f3 de xefs que revoluciona el panorama gastron\u00f2mic nacional i internacional. La tradici\u00f3 i l&#8217;avantguarda s\u00f3n a la base de la seva cuina, fent de la fusi\u00f3 una manera d&#8217;entendre la seva filosofia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Parlar de Fran \u00e9s parlar de traject\u00f2ria i aprenentatge.
